Raping locals and causing trouble: Russian law enforcement officers cannot cope with Wagner fighters in occupied Ukraine
The law enforcement officers brought from Russia to the occupied territories of Ukraine cannot cope with the Wagner troops who rape locals and organize drunken brawls
This was reported by the National Resistance Center.
According to the Center, the number of crimes committed by representatives of the Wagner PMC is increasing in the temporarily occupied territories. The Russian National Guard, prosecutors and other "law enforcement officers" brought from Russia have no influence on them.
"Prigozhin's mercenaries continue to terrorize the civilian population in the temporarily occupied territories. They hijack cars, rape locals and organize drunken brawls. Amid this, the so-called Russian law enforcement agencies cannot cope with mercenaries who are not under their control," the National Resistance Center said in a statement.
They pointed out that the increase in mercenary crimes is associated with the escalation of the conflict between Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu and the founder of the Wagner PMC Yevgeny Prigozhin.
"The latter is trying to destabilize the situation in the regions in order to undermine the Kremlin's confidence in Shoigu," the National Resistance Center explained.
