Pyrotechnics defused 495 units of explosive objects in the Kyiv region, demining proceeds - RMA

This was announced by the head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Pavlyuk.

As it became known, demining work in the Kyiv region continues.

Pyrotechnicians of the State Emergency Service managed to inspect and demine settlements of three districts of the Kyiv region during the past 24 hours.

In particular, these are the towns of Bucha district: Vorzel, Kotsyubynske, Mykolaivka, Kalynivka, Nebylytsia, Bucha, Irpin, Borodyanka, Gostomel, Makariv, Dmytrivka, Nova Hreblya, Berestyanka, Myrotske.

As well as Brovary district (Peremoha, Lukash, Lukyanivka, Kalynivka Zalissia, Zorya, Bogdanovka) and Vyshhorod district (Lyutizh, Ivankiv, Sukachi, Sydorovychi, Kukhari, Zaruddya).

According to preliminary information, on April 16, sappers defused 495 units of explosive devices. In total for all time of demining works 15 332 units were defused.

Kyiv RMA reminds locals that it is too early to return to their homes, which can still be dangerous on the outskirts.

Demining work continues.
