Putin suggests reduction of oil production due to price ceiling

Russian President Vladimir Putin said about it.
He stated that Russia will not sell oil to those countries that have decided to introduce a price ceiling.
“As for our reaction, we will not sell (oil - ed.) to countries that make such decisions (introducing a ceiling on oil prices, - ed.). We will consider, if necessary, a possible reduction in production (of oil - ed.),” the leader said.
