Political scientist Evgeny Magda told about it on Espreso.
"Will Russia declare war on Ukraine? I think not, because by declaring war on Ukraine, Russia recognizes its subject equality. War can be declared only on an equal state. That is why the Russian Federation is throwing information that in early October, a counter-terrorist operation will be declared after simulating incorporation of new lands into the Russian Federation," he believes.
Magda spoke about his vision of the impact of mobilization on Russia.
"The mobilization will change Russia as coffins or bags of dead Russian soldiers arrive in different regions. By announcing the mobilization, Putin has effectively started the countdown to his stay in power. There will be people in the country who will go through the war and see what is the Russian army from the inside, and from another side, it will be the families of the killed Russian soldiers," the political scientist concluded.
