Putin signs "laws" annexing captured Ukrainian territories

On October 5, Russian President Vladimir Putin signs criminal laws on the so-called inclusion of four regions of Ukraine into Russia: Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson.

It is about the ratification of "treaties" on accession and federal constitutional laws on "acceptance as subjects of the Russian Federation" of the so-called DPR and LPR, as well as the temporarily occupied Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions.

Leonid Pasichnyk - "Acting Chairman of the LPR".

Volodymyr Saldo - "Acting Governor of Kherson region".
