Putin lives in "capsule,” "files" are his only source of information – Feygin
Russian leader Vladimir Putin is paranoid – this bunker isolation and quarantine system proves that he only gets information from his "files"
Russian opposition politician Mark Feygin made the statement on Espreso TV.
"As for Putin, he is definitely paranoid, and this may make an impression on him. We talked about this, referring to rumors, or information, or some indirect data, for example, that Putin does not sit in places where the lights are on. The lights are often on in the Kremlin and the presidential standard is raised. This fugitive Karakulov, who gave an interview to Dossier, a Russian Federal Guard Service officer who was in charge of communications and everything related to this, said that Putin could really stay in Sochi (three identical offices have been built – in Sochi, Valdai and the Kremlin), there are protocol filming, some meetings, and no one knows where he is," he said.
The opposition leader emphasized that a plane would fly to Moscow empty on purpose, so that everyone would think that he had flown to Moscow, as well as his motorcade. Such is the level of his paranoia.
"Someone will say that he does this for the public eye, as if he works hard. And someone else says he's just afraid that the plane will be shot down, but he's sitting in Sochi, and nothing has happened to him. Many factors, perhaps small ones, give an idea of how Putin interacts with his environment. This whole bunker isolation and quarantine system proves that he is only getting information from the “files.” Karakulov says that Putin does not go on the Internet, he does not have the Internet, and he has a TV set wherever he goes. He always had a TV set with three channels, I think. So he watches TV. Naturally, this person is in a capsule, as if in cellophane, and "files" are his only source of information," Feygin summarized.
