Russian President Vladimir Putin held a meeting with the commanders of the troops fighting against Ukraine. He heard "proposals on short and medium-term actions"

It is noted that Putin was notified about headquarters’ work, heard a report on the situation at the front, and held general and separate meetings with commanders. Press service claims on December 16, Putin spent the whole day at the headquarters.
It is also known that the president of the aggressor country, said at a meeting that he was ready to listen to proposals for immediate and medium-term actions regarding the "special operation."
The Kremlin press service released photos and videos from the meeting, which show that the meeting with Putin was attended, particularly by the Russian Defense Minister, Sergei Shoigu, Chief of the General Staff, Valery Gerasimov, and the commander of the joint group of troops in the war with Ukraine Sergei Surovikin.
