Biden emphasized that Russian president wants to force the Ukrainians to capitulate with brutal treatment since he has no other tools of influence left. Biden noted that this will not help him, because Ukrainians "will not do this".
"I think Vladimir Putin finds himself in an incredibly difficult position and what it reflects to me is it seems his only tool available to him is to brutalize individual citizens in Ukraine to try to intimidate them into capitulating," the US president emphasized.
