"Even a comparison with Hitler is no longer enough for Putin. In a few years of Nazi occupation of Mariupol, several thousand people died, and in a few months of Russian aggression, tens of thousands of Mariupol residents died," Rybachuk said.
The expert added that after the shelling of the Kremenchuk shopping center, no politician in the world will talk about negotiations between Ukraine and Russia.
"I think that after the terrible rocket attack on Kremenchuk, no politician will say that Ukraine should sit at the negotiating table with a person who doesn't fall into any of the qualifications of a world leader who has a brand on his forehead of a terrorist state," he said.
