Vladimir Putin stated this during an address in the Kremlin Palace.
"The people at the referendums made a clear choice, agreements will be signed on the acceptance of four new territories into Russia," Putin said.
During his speech, the head of the Kremlin once again voiced propaganda theses about the "people of Donbas" and their "love for Russia", and also accused the West of colonialism, Russophobia, which he called racism, neglect of family values. According to Putin, the West "pursues a policy of total de-sovereignization in the world."
