Yes, she's cool! It's high time to know better (and therefore be able to distinguish) our real enemies and friends in the West (not to mention the East, where there are more of them!), - Timothy Snyder is not the only one, there have been influential pro-Ukrainian voices who have been "hammering the rock" of Western ignorance for years, but the Ukrainian state is still poor at "soft power", so paying tribute to them (and at least remembering their names!) is still in the "lessons for the future" section…

To begin with, it would be good for one of our media to translate into Ukrainian an interesting discussion that took place recently in another EU parliament, the main one, the European Parliament (Brussels): at the initiative of Lithuanian MEPs, they discussed the problem of "decolonizing Russian culture" (Pushing Pushkin – I didn't invent it, the title is authentic).
If you know English, I strongly advise you to listen to the discussion: it is indicative of the current state of European minds, like a thermometer under your armpit, and at the same time you have the opportunity to see Edward Lucas (Google it if you don't know) and two of the youngest brilliant intellectuals in modern Europe in action: Kristina Sabaliauskaite (a Lithuanian writer and journalist living in London) and Raphaël Glucksmann (the son of Andre Glucksmann, who, unlike his philosopher father, went into politics but has not lost his "Brahmanic" spirit; listen to him cut to the heart of the matter about Western and Russian imperialism, you could go and analyse it with students!) – in short, a very useful event, worthy of all kinds of popularization, to which I call: because a narrative war, unlike a hot war, is won by the efforts of everyone who uses language, so let's listen, think, and learn to win...
