Protecting integrity, sovereignty: Scholz answers whether Ukraine can shell Crimea with Western weapons

He said this during a visit to Sweden, European Pravda writers with reference to RND.

Scholz was asked whether Ukraine could use weapons supplied from the West also to retake the Crimean peninsula. The chancellor answered indirectly.

"We support Ukraine with the weapons we supply to it so that it can protect the integrity and sovereignty of its state and territory", Olaf Scholz said. 

He assured Ukraine that arms deliveries will continue. The Prime Minister of Sweden, Magdalena Andersson, supported the head of the German government in this regard.

"Russia must not win this war, it is important for Ukraine and Europe. As long as the war continues, we must remain steadfast", Andersson said.
