Prosecutor General's Office records more than 23,000 Russian war crimes in Ukraine
Since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, more than 23,300 crimes of aggression and war crimes by Russia have been registered.
The Prosecutor General's Office shared the news in its Telegram channel.
23,370 crimes of aggression and war crimes were registered. This includes, in particular, violation of the laws and customs of war, planning or launching and waging an aggressive war, propaganda of war, etc.
In addition, 11,270 crimes against national security were recorded - encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine, collaborative activities, aiding the aggressor state, sabotage, and others.
According to the Prosecutor General's Office, 624 representatives of the military and political leadership of the Russian Federation - ministers, deputies, military command, officials, heads of law enforcement agencies, warmongers and propagandists of the Kremlin - are suspected in major cases related to aggression against Ukraine.
