Prigozhin's press service reported this on Telegram.
“I must say clearly that the enemy is not leaving (Bakhmut - ed.). They have organized a defense inside the city, first by rail, then in the area of high-rise buildings in the western quarter of the city,” the Wagner Group's chief said.
According to him, in order to have 'positive dynamics,' the invading forces need to resolve three issues. First of all, he says, they need to make sure that the Russians have 'a properly organized command,' and secondly, they need to check the reliability and protection of their flanks. Supply of ammunition is also on the agenda.
“When we resolve all three of these issues, then we can go anywhere,” Prigozhin is convinced.
