The Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine shares an update about this on Telegram.

"The main narrative promoted by the Russian mass media today: The draft law on special status for Polish citizens, which was submitted to the Verkhovna Rada on Monday by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, is gaining more and more resonance in the Russian Federation every day," it says.

Russian propagandists are spreading the idea of ​​an alleged occupation of Western Ukraine by Poland. Russian mass media report that this process has already begun.

Russia has already "released" similar fakes. It does this in order to weaken the military and humanitarian support provided by Poland. 

"The goal of the disinformation campaign of the Russian Federation - to discriminate against Poland and to turn Poles and Ukrainians against each other," the Center for Countering Disinformation added.
