Poles are growing anxious about possible war with Russia - politician Czech

Politician and public figure Mirosław Czech said that anxiety about possible military aggression by Russia is growing in Polish society.

He said this on Espreso TV.

"Anxiety about a possible war with Russia is growing in Polish society. The Poles are beginning to realize that the war is coming to them as well. Prime Minister Tusk speaks about it openly. He says that Poland is in a pre-war state. That's why Poles take this quite seriously. Over the past two years, when Ukraine was winning on the frontlines, Poles were less concerned. Now the level of anxiety among the Poles is growing," said Czech.

The politician noted that Poles are aware of the level of threat from Russia.

"Today, when there are more and more reports that the occupiers are advancing and the Americans are not providing Ukraine with the necessary assistance, Poland may be the next target. After all, such statements have been repeatedly made by Putin and Medvedev. Therefore, Poles understand the threat from Russia," he added.
