Poland "plans to control Ukraine's agriculture", Kyiv "holds EU hostage": selection of Russian fake stories
Russia spreads new fake stories about Poland's alleged intentions to control Ukraine's agriculture sector, and the EU is "hostage" to Kyiv.
The Disinformation Counteraction Center at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine shared the statement in Tlegram channel.
The Foreign Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation stated that Poland apparently plans to establish control over the agriculture of Ukraine:
"For what it is buying up products at reduced prices in an organized manner. Poland is also investing in the creation of transport infrastructure for the unhindered export of Ukrainian food to Europe and other markets."
Among the new Russian manipulations is the statement by the representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Vyshnevetskyi, that Kyiv is taking the EU "hostages".
"Russia is shocked by the cynicism of Zelenskyy, who accused Russian troops of shelling the Zaporizhzhia NPP, while Kyiv is actually taking the EU hostage by shelling the largest nuclear power plant in Europe," disinformation center quoted.
Russian Ambassador to the USA Antonova claims that the USA does not want peace in Ukraine and continues to help Kyiv: "The new package of American military aid to Kyiv for $1 billion confirms that the USA does not want to contribute to a peaceful settlement of the crisis in Ukraine, but wants to prolong the conflict... The U.S. is involved increasingly in the conflict in Ukraine, approaching the dangerous border of confrontation with Russia".
