Interfax-Ukraine writes about this with reference to a letter from the Polish Ministry of Finance.
According to it, Poland will allow Ukrainian refugees not to pay taxes on the income they received in Ukraine.
The risk of double taxation arises for those who stay in the EU countries for more than 183 days - since then, citizens of foreign countries, according to the rules, receive the status of tax resident of the country in which they are staying and are forced to pay taxes there on all their incomes.
The Polish Ministry of Finance sent a letter with clarifications in response to the request of the Office of Effective Regulation. The Office sent similar requests to a number of other EU countries, but only Poland responded.
