He said this live on air of Russian YouTube channel Khodorkovsky LIVE.

"According to our data provided by Ukrainian Armed Forces General Staff and the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense, there are currently about 90,000 casualties in the Russian army. This figure is certainly rounded. Irreversible losses, including sanitary losses (wounded, amputees, serious illnesses, prisoners, missing persons) - this figure is close to 200,000 irreversible losses", Podolyak said.

As for our losses, the Ukrainian President's Office representative said that the figure of 100,000 killed soldiers of Ukrainian Armed Forces is exaggerated, and information about 20,000 dead civilians is - on the contrary - understatement.
