Peskov launches new narrative of Russian propaganda

The Center for Countering Disinformation reported this. 

“The army and the people were united with Putin at the time of the armed rebellion attempt,” said the spokesman for Russian leader Vladimir Putin.

The Center for Countering Disinformation emphasizes that Dmitry Peskov's words are manipulative, as well as the words that the rebellion was stopped by the Russian military.

“The purpose of such statements is to show the population that their leader has everything under control and that the regime is capable of solving complex issues. Such narratives are also promoted to strengthen the power of the Russian president and his dictatorial regime,” the message says.
