Organizers of sham referendum in Luhansk region claimed babies, dead people turned out to vote - Gaidai
Russians used more ballots than there are people resident and eligible to vote during their fake referendum in Luhansk region.
Sergiy Gaidai, the head of Luhansk Regional Military Administration, reports.
In the Luhansk region, Russians simulated fantastic turnout figures - they say that 1.6 million people took part in their "show". That is, more than there are now in the region. After the start of the full-scale invasion, 320,000 residents left the region, i.e. 50% of the region's population.
"When Russians began to count the "ballots", - Sergiy Gaidai wrote, - they realized that there were a lot of blank ones, so they became so engrossed in drawing "ticks" that it turned out that in total, more than 1.6 million people took part in the "elections without a choice". There are too many "votes". More than there are actually people. It turns out that both children and "dead souls" "voted" in the pseudo-referendum in the Luhansk region. And somewhere they didn't "vote" at all, they just drew the general result."
He added: "The civilized world will never recognize this circus. The residents of the Luhansk region will never accept Russian regime."
