Four person killed, 17 injured as Russia shells Kherson for second time per day
Invading Russian troops have shelled Kherson, killing a 65-year-old civilian and injuring another 17
Oleksandr Produkin, the head of the Regional Military Administration, reported this.
"A 65-year-old man came under enemy fire in his car. An acquaintance tried to bring his friend to the hospital," the head of the Kherson region wrote.
According to the doctors, the injuries were so serious that they could not save the man's life and pronounced him dead.
A 38-year-old resident of Kherson was also injured. He was hospitalized with injuries to his arm and leg.
The head of the President's Office, Andriy Yermak, emphasized that the Korabelnyi district and the central part of the city were the most affected.
As of 6:00 p.m., there are four dead and 17 wounded in the Kherson region. The youngest injured person is 16 years old.

Also on Monday morning, July 31, Russian forces shelled the center of Kherson using Grad multiple rocket launchers. The attack killed a utility worker and wounded four others.
The 60-year-old man died on the spot from his wounds.
Later it was reported that two more utility workers - men aged 46 and 43 - were wounded. They were hospitalized and are being treated by doctors.
As of 10:30 a.m., the number of wounded increased to four. They have mine-blast injuries and contusions.
