On Poland's grain lesson

This is an important lesson that should remind everyone of the basic truth of international relations: your interests come first, then everyone else's

The support and assistance that Ukraine receives is in no way a consequence of any emotions, admiration, faith, or the like. Behind it is a cold calculation of every country that does this.

When they give us old weapons, they demand that the United States compensate with new weapons.

They support us, so there will be no Taiwan, Iran, North Korea, etc. If Ukraine had lost in the first days of the war, fighting would have broken out all over the world. It would have been the end of the West and its decisive influence on the modern system of international relations.

“If Ukraine had lost in the first days of the war, fighting would have broken out around the world. It would have been the end of the West and its decisive influence on the modern system of international relations”

So do not look for and do not believe in foreign friends. Look for benefits for yourself and for others. Where there is a benefit, there will be a strong alliance and support. Americans will fight for Taiwan. Because it is a matter of chips and blocking China's access to sea lanes.
