It is reported by Interfax-Ukraine.
According to Podolyak, now the referendum cannot be held due to martial law, and the procedure for launching it will become possible only after the Russian troops leave the territory of Ukraine.
"Certainly, the referendum will not take place today, because we have martial law. The war continues. The procedure for holding referendums in Ukraine is clear and balanced, and we will enter the procedure for launching a referendum only after Russian troops leave the territory of Ukraine", Podolyak said.
