Serhiy Lysak, the head of the Regional Military Administration, reported the shelling of the Dnipropetrovsk region.
He noted that Russian forces attacked the region twice during the night, targeting Nikopol district with heavy artillery.
They also fired over 5 shells at the Marhanets community.
"The attacked settlement is being examined to determine the consequences of the strikes. However, it is confirmed that there were no casualties," said the head of the Regional Military Administration.
In addition, Russian occupying forces attacked the Mykolaiv region at night with two Kh-59 guided missiles. According to the head of the Regional Military Administration, Vitaliy Kim, Russian troops simultaneously deployed ballistic missiles, likely Iskander-M.
Ukrainian air defense forces managed to destroy one of the guided missiles. However, the second guided missile and a ballistic missile hit the open territory within the region.
Several residential buildings were damaged as a result of the falling wreckage of the downed missile. However, there were no casualties.
