Occupying Russian forces shell apartment building in Kharkiv, killing and injuring civilians
On the night of September 12, the Novobavarskyi district of Kharkiv was shelled by Russian forces. One person died, two others were injured
Igor Terekhov, the mayor of Kharkiv, reports in a social network system Telegram.
"Shelling of a residential building in the Novobavarskyi district. At the moment, we know about one dead and two injured. The building itself is partially destroyed," Terekhov wrote.
After 00:00 on September 12, there were explosions in Kharkiv and there was an air raid siren in the region. According to Terekhov, the Novobavarskyi district came under fire.
