This is stated in the summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Russia on the Russian invasion as of 18:00 on March 16, reports Espresso.West.
"Due to the forced mobilization of men in the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, a critical situation has developed that brings the region closer to a humanitarian catastrophe. Thus, in the village of Makiyivka, the situation is catastrophic in local hospitals, which are in fact unable to provide medical care to civilians due to lack of qualified medical staff", the General Staff said.
