"Now we have a unique chance to knock out the Russian enemy to the left bank of the Dnipro River" - Roman Kostenko
Roman Kostenko, Ukrainian Security Service Colonel, says that the Russian troops' situation on the right bank of the Dnipro River is rather unstable
He said this on Espreso TV.
“But the Russian forces still have a large number of troops in some areas of the southern front. The enemy is conducting counterattacks and trying to seize the best positions for further holding Kherson. Now we have a unique chance, until the Russian forces mobilize and increase their troops, we need to knock them out to the left bank of the Dnipro River,” Kostenko said.
The Ukrainian Security Service colonel also added that the Russian forces are creating panic in Kherson and conducting an informational and psychological operation.
“From a tactical point of view, if they have only Kherson left, it is virtually impossible for the enemy to hold it. For us, the most important thing now is to take control of the Kakhovka HPP dam. And everything else will fall like dominoes,” Kostenko explained.
