DPRK plans to have its police and military personnel take part in reconstruction work in the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
Companies Cholhyon Construction and Kumrung Construction, which are related to the DPRK Ministry of Defense, have already received an order to select people for a business trip to the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
It is planned that 300-500 men aged 19 to 27 will arrive at "L/DPR" in late February or early March.
