There was indeed a problem with unemployment in the first six months of the war, 6-8 months. When many businesses were in shock and did not work at the capacity they could work at, and not even at the capacity they are working at now," he said.
Fursa noted that there is currently no problem with unemployment, but there is a problem of men who do not want to get an official job.
"This story exists, and these are the men who can say that they can't get a job. But the problem is that they cannot afford to go to work because they are afraid of mobilization. So, in principle, there is no unemployment in Ukraine at the moment, and we will not have a problem of unemployment for many years to come. There will be a shortage of hands and heads," the investment banker added.
On September 11, Ukraine's Minister of Digital Transformation, Mykhailo Fedorov, announced the launch of the first online survey on employment and unemployment of Ukrainians. This is part of the process of digitalization of the State Statistics Committee.
