No specific agreements achieved - Ukraine’s Foreign Ministry on negotiations about Ukraine’s sea port blockade

This was stated by Ukraine’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesman Oleh Nikolenko, RBC-Ukraine reports.

"Ukraine welcomes the UN Secretary-General's efforts to resolve the issue of grain exports from Ukrainian seaports blocked by Russia. Expert consultations between stakeholders are currently ongoing. Specific agreements on four-side talks with Ukraine, Russia, Turkey and the UN have not yet been reached," he said.

Nikolenko added that security remains a fundamental element for Ukraine in the process of unblocking ports.
