According to the minister, the outcome of the war depends on the development of unmanned technologies. However, so far, the parties' capabilities in this regard are almost equal.
"It is not yet possible to say who is winning the technological war - in some areas we are winning, in others the Russians are surpassing us," Fedorov emphasized.
