New video evidence shows Russian soldiers executing Ukrainians en masse in Bucha

The NYT shared the video evidence on their website.

The video shows the moment when the Ukrainian men were last seen alive. The Russian soldiers march them at gunpoint along a street in Bucha. Some of the prisoners hunched over, holding the belts of those in front of them, while the rest held their hands over their heads. The Russian paratroopers ordered them to go. The video taken on March 4 from one of the neighboring houses is the clearest evidence that a few minutes before the execution, people were under Russian control.

"There are hostages near the fence. One, two, three, exactly, four, five, six…" the author of the video counted nine people.

The men are forced to the ground, including one wearing a distinctive bright blue hooded sweatshirt.

The video ended, but according to eight witnesses, the Russians took the men to a nearby office building that they had taken over and turned into a makeshift base. There were gunshots. The captives didn’t return.

The video taken on March 5 is the first visual proof of eyewitness accounts. It shows the bodies of the dead near the office at 144 Yablunska Street, and two Russians were standing next to them. There lay a man in a blue sweatshirt.
