New Russian fakes: Ukrainian Armed Forces restrict people's access to drinking water and do not help civilians
The Center for Combating Disinformation published a selection of fakes by Russian enemy on September 26
This is reported by the Center for Combating Disinformation.
According to the CPD at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, on September 26, Russians launched three major deceptions.
In particular, the Russian mass media reported that the Armed Forces "do not help" civilians in places of hostilities, and also "restrict their access to resources." So, in Mariupol, people could not get drinking water because its sources were "controlled by Ukrainian fighters."
The permanent representative of Russia to international organizations in Vienna, Mr. Ulyanov, said that the presence of the IAEA allows for a significantly more objective picture of the state of affairs at the Zaporizhzhia NPP. He said, with this presence, "there is less and less room for Ukrainian and Western speculations about the presence of the Russian military at the NPP."
The CPD at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine discovered another manipulation in the words of the deputy head of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ryabkov. And he stated: "Russia, on various lines, calls on the USA again and again not to bring the situation around Ukraine closer to a dangerous limit... (however) the USA denies any alternative view of the situation (on Ukraine's) and only repeats threats."
