He also added that as of now, due to damage to the boiler house of "Severodonetskkteplokomunenergo", 180 apartment buildings have been disconnected in Severodonetsk. The indoor heating networks of "Severodonetsk TPP" JSC are almost destroyed.
In Lysychansk, due to the lack of electricity and water supply, 11 boiler houses of "Lysychanskteplomerezha" Municipal Enterprise were shut down.
Due to the destruction of power grids, 9,000 people are left without water in the town of Popasna and 5,600 in the village of Carbonit.
