NATO estimates Russia lost five times more troops than Ukraine near Bakhmut 

This was reported by CNN, citing a military representative of the North Atlantic Alliance, who spoke on condition of anonymity due to a ban on discussing intelligence.

As noted, the official warned that the five-to-one ratio is an estimate based on intelligence. He said that despite the favorable ratio, Ukraine is suffering significant losses while defending the city.
