"Nationalists are worse than Putin." How Motor Sich’s Bohuslaev armed Russia before the war with Ukraine

An audio recording of Ukraine's Security Service (SBU), in which Bohuslaev says that the nationalists are worse than Putin and that we must fight them, otherwise "it will be bad for all of us," shocked many. As well as the joys of the well-deserved owner over the missile strikes directly at his Motor Sich plant.This man had everything in Ukraine, but he preferred the Soviet era. And he was happy with his Russian passport, which, according to RFE/RL's Schemes, he has had since 2000. Bohuslaev at the head of a strategic enterprise of the defense industry is the main reason why, at the dawn of our independence, we were unable to carry out the same economic transformations that allowed Poland to become the country it is now.

In the SBU records, Bohuslaev gladly agrees to provide many engines to Russian helicopters at the beginning of February. There is a phrase from a Russian interlocutor: "We have grandiose plans." We can already firmly understand that these plans were exactly the occupation of Ukraine and the genocide of Ukrainians. And the children should be taken away and brought up as janissaries - all that is publicly taught by Russian Nazis from the Rusich Group. 

Viacheslav Bohuslaev even wasn’t stopped by the fact that the Russian forces were defeated in the north and instead of ‘taking Kyiv in three days’ they had to flee, leaving behind looted underpants, toilets, and children's toys. In May, he again prepared supplies for Russian helicopters, which flew en masse to the Kharkiv region. May was the most terrible month for our army - a lot of decent people died in the forests near Izium. This is how Zelenskyy spoke about the losses at that time: "Every day we lose 50-100 people, there are up to 500 wounded." That is, we can safely say that at this time the issue of earnings for Bohuslaev took a backseat — it was a principled position to help the occupiers. Because "nationalists are worse than Putin."

What led Bohuslaev to such crimes?

He began his fantastic career as an adviser to the first president of Ukraine, Leonid Kravchuk.  Later, he was a confidant of two presidential candidates — Leonid Kuchma and Viktor Yanukovych. His political closeness to the presidents allowed him to privatize the former state factory without any problems.

Motorbudivnyk in Zaporizhzhia was renamed Motor Sich. 

Since that time, the territory of any Motor Sich facilities in Zaporizhzhia and other populated areas has been the conservation area of Lenin, the party, the Komsomol, and the Russian world.  This is how the "red director" and a citizen of Russia behaved in the city of Volochysk, where components for engines are produced.

“In my city there is a branch of Motor Sich - this is a separate republic, where the Russian world was promoted, and business was conducted in Russian. He principally did not read documents written in Ukrainian. In April he came to Volochysk and told the factory workers that Putin would win. It's a shame for Volochysk that a city street bears the name of this scumbag, and his face hangs on the Walk of Fame. By the way, our mayor, when I asked about the renaming of the street and so on, when the SBU opened a case on the factory in Snizhne sometime in 2016-17, said that he didn't care that Bohuslaev was a separatist, as the main thing was that he transferred the money to the local budget! It was disgusting to watch how they all kissed his ass,” local activist Alla Baida said. 

Bohuslaev was always very disdainful of perpetuating the memory of our newest heroes, of the war with Russia, of everyone who was considered Ukrainian.

On this day, together with the Russian Patriarch Kirill, they prayed at Balaam. At the same time, in Zaporizhzhia, the memorial service was held for Ukrainian soldiers who died in 2014 near Zelenopillya during shelling by "Orthodox brothers".

Before that, in January 2014, Bohuslaev voted for Yanukovych's package of "dictatorial laws'', which significantly limited the rights of citizens and freedom of speech. He was one of the co-authors of the scandalous appeal of the deputies of the Party of Regions and the Communist Party of Ukraine to the Polish Sejm about recognizing the Volyn tragedy as a genocide of Poles. Even further, he paid militants in Snizhne, who set up a military base for repairing Russian equipment at the machine-building plant.

Did the Ukrainian authorities know about such deadly actions by Bohuslaev since 2014? Certainly. The SBU admitted that the recording of the tapes had been going on since at least 2019 and had obtained ironclad evidence of his illegal relations with the Russian Federation and the supply of engines for Russian combat helicopters, which is prohibited by Ukrainian law.

But Boguslaev could always find an approach to new patrons, and in December, Tymofiy Mylovanov simply sang public odes and used Motor Sich as an example.

It is interesting that already from that time our American partners raised the issue of Motor Sich, Bohuslaev and the contract with China for the production of engines. But who then listened to Washington's recommendations? And in the end, despite the insistence of the United States to stop working with the Chinese and nationalize the enterprise, Bohuslaev continued to say that he would not allow it. And that's why the "red director" continued to arm Putin's helicopters with cheap Chinese loans. Which once again proves that all Chinese funds go to our side and cost our citizens lives, nerves and property.

Bohuslaev has received 60 days of arrest. And the question arises, what to do with the convinced "homo sovietikus", who sincerely rejoiced that bombs and rockets were launched at Zaporizhzhia. 700 Azov soldiers and many thousands more paratroopers, volunteers, patriots, and kidnapped children are in captivity. Prison does not re-educate people like Bohuslaev. He has a Russian passport, so let Russia take its old man. And let them give us our people, who will be useful to the state and society.

This is a good lesson for Tymofiy Mylovanov, who is a member of the supervisory board of Ukroboronprom, that there is no need to legalize scum and cover up their schemes.  And this is also a lesson for the SBU - if you catch dubious conversations a month before a major war - you should immediately grab the criminal's ass, and not look for profitable compromises.

And it is also a warning for future presidents.  If an enemy state is dependent on our aircraft engines, we do not help it, but cut off all supply routes.

In addition, China was allowed to the strategic enterprise. The state which together with the Russian Federation planned a great war for the division of the world. And the Ukrainians turned out to be pawns. Because some residents of Zaporizhzhia made engines as if nothing had happened. To kill their countrymen. Currently, Bohuslaev's subordinates are writing letters in his defense.

I would not be surprised if some of them waited for the Russian forces in Zaporizhzhia and secretly directed the enemy fire. Now it is not only the "smart people" from Motor Sich, but the whole of Ukraine is dealing with the consequences.
