"The main reason as to why it is more difficult in Mykolaiv than in Odesa - most of the weapons have a range of 100-110 km. Tornado-S is the largest range of any of them. If they are moved to this distance from Mykolaiv, several dozens of kilometers from Dnipro's left bank in the Kherson region, then the city can be considered as more or less safe. The main thing is that Mykolaiv took water from the Dnipro through Kherson and until we vacate the territory, we will continue to have problems with water in the city," he said.
