TASS reports.
The state agency first informed about the work of air defense in the Moscow region, and later reported an alleged hit on one of the skyscrapers of Moscow City.
"Several drones were shot down by air defense systems while trying to fly to Moscow. One flew to the same tower in the City as last time. The facade at the 17th-floor level was damaged. Emergency services are working at the scene," said Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin.
Social media reports that the tower was hit by two drones.
One of the telegram channels posted a video of an alleged arrival at the skyscraper from the inside.

Russian media reported that there was a fire in the tower. The explosion allegedly destroyed windows covering an area of 150 square meters. According to preliminary data from local authorities, there were no injuries.
It also became known that Vnukovo airport was suspended for some time. The flight from Dubai was redirected to Domodedovo.
The Russian Defense Ministry claims that Ukraine is allegedly involved in the attack:
"Kyiv launched a drone attack on targets in Moscow and the Moscow region. Two of them were destroyed by air defense in the Odintsovo and Narofominsky districts, another one was suppressed by electronic warfare and crashed in Moscow City."
The VCHK-OGPU telegram channel clarified that the UAV landed on the 21st floor of the IQ Tower, which houses the Ministry of Economic Development. The neighboring tower was hit by fragments.

At night on July 30, the Russian capital was attacked by drones that were allegedly shot down by air defense. The building of the Moscow City business center, which houses the offices of several Russian ministries, was damaged.
