Adviser to the President's Office Mykhailo Podolyak reported on Twitter.
According to him, the Russian Federation is destroying the lives of millions of people, and a global humanitarian catastrophe has unfolded in Ukraine.
“More than 3 million Ukrainians are forced to move to European countries. The total number of internally displaced persons who left their cities and jobs due to the war is 11-12 million. Just realize this figure. Russia is destroying the lives of millions of people. Isn't it a global humanitarian catastrophe?” Podolyak wrote.
