Moldova summonses Russian ambassador due to strikes on Ukrainian infrastructure 

This was announced by the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Nicolae Popescu.

"Russia's attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure plunged Moldova into darkness again. Mass blackouts across the country, including Chisinau and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs building. I gave instructions to summon the Russian ambassador for an explanation," he said.

According to Popescu, Chisinau and the building of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Moldova experienced a blackout.  Therefore, he gave instructions to summon the Russian ambassador for an explanation.
