This was reported by the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Serhii Haidai, on Telegram.

According to him, the mobilized Russian men who refused to fight after arriving at the front were detained in Kreminna.

“At one of the enterprises in Kreminna, mobilized soldiers who refused to fight are being held in custody. As it became known from open sources, in only one 488th Motorized Rifle Regiment, about 70% of mobilized soldiers refused to fight after arriving at forward positions. Some escaped, the rest are being held under security and are trying under psychological pressure to bring them back into formation and send them to attack,” Haidai wrote.

  • On October 19, Serhii Haidai reported that the occupying Russian forces had brought a lot of equipment and mobilized personnel to the Luhansk region.
