Mobile communication is restored in liberated Kherson

The head of Kherson Regional Military Administration, Yaroslav Yanushevich, said that mobile communications have been restored in the center of de-occupied Kherson, and Kyivstar was the first to resume operations.

The video with Yanushevich was published by the deputy head of the Office of the President Kyrylo Tymoshenko.

Yanushevich noted that LTE from Kyivstar is currently working near the building of the regional state administration in the center of the city. He also said that the video appeal was published thanks to the restored connection.

"I'm sending you this video via LTE," Yanushevich added.
