Missile fragments fall in north of Moldova

The General Inspectorate of the Border Police has increased the number of patrols on the border with Ukraine, monitoring the airspace and the land border.

After the debris of the missile was found, measures were taken to protect the region. Now the Main Inspectorate for Emergency Situations and the border police are guarding the perimeter and preparing materials for the prosecutor's office.

This is the third case when the remains of missiles that Russia launches to attack Ukraine fall on the territory of the Republic of Moldova.

"As in previous cases, all necessary measures are carried out in accordance with the procedure by the competent agencies," the statement added.
