The corresponding Decree was published on the website of the President of Ukraine, Espreso.West reports
"For the personal courage and selfless actions shown in the defense of the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, as well as loyalty to the military oath, I decree to award the Order of Courage III degree to soldier Oleksiy Kushner", the decree states.
The Order "For Courage" is awarded to military personnel, law enforcement officers and other people for courage and heroism in saving people and valuables, fighting crime, as well as in other cases when performing military, official, and civic duty in life-threatening conditions.
