Zelenskyy appoints Ukraine’s first military ombudsman

The official online portal of President Zelensky reported the information.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy appointed Olha Reshetylova (Kobylynska) as the military ombudsman.

The corresponding presidential decree has been published on the official website.

“Appoint Kobylynska Olha Olehivna as Military Ombudsman,” reads Decree No. 792/2025.

Previously, Kobylynska held the position of Presidential Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Military Personnel and Their Families.
