Rubio: Russia has lost 100,000 soldiers killed this year; Ukrainian losses lower
Military expert and former spokesperson for the Ukrainian General Staff, Colonel (Ret.) Vladyslav Seleznov, said this on Espreso TV.
He commented on General Syrskyi’s claim that moving to a corps system could lead to a counteroffensive: “In my view, this is a long-term goal. It won’t happen soon, because we still face serious problems with resources,” Seleznov said.
According to military expert Vladyslav Seleznov, Ukraine is unlikely to stop Russia’s summer offensive or launch its own counteroffensive, given the reduced military aid from the U.S.
“The issue of resources is still key, and the situation on all parts of the front depends on it — whether those areas are in the media spotlight or not,” Seleznov said.
