Ukrainian strikes force up to 20% reduction in Russian oil refining — Ukrainian intel

Ukrainian intelligence representative Andriy Yusov stated the information.

"The key indicator is how many Ukrainian drones reach their targets and inflict damage. According to various estimates, the reduction in oil product refining in the Russian Federation is from 18% to 20%—these are extremely large figures," he informed.

According to Yusov, the Russians have placed air defense systems in all their major cities and around strategically important facilities.

The intelligence representative also emphasizes that to protect the military-industrial and fuel-energy complexes from Ukrainian long-range strikes, Moscow is combining outdated Soviet models with equipment it passes off as "the latest."

"This includes both Soviet and modern systems—the enemy is trying to combine them into a single system. These include the outdated S-300, the newer S-400, as well as the so-called latest S-350 Vityaz system," Yusov explained.
