The communications hub of the Russian Black Sea Fleet is located on the territory of the 184th Research and Experimental Base in Sevastopol, in temporarily occupied Crimea.
This communications hub provided command and control over Russian Black Sea Fleet units.
- Over the past day, Russia’s occupying army lost 880 servicemen in the war against Ukraine, as well as dozens of units of equipment and weaponry.
