This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov.
According to him, several dozen Russian soldiers are blocked at one of the industrial enterprises in Vovchansk. The Russian army is trying to break through, but constantly suffers losses in this area.
"The task of our military is to inflict maximum damage in the Lypets and Vovchansk directions. At the same time, to destroy the maximum amount of manpower, military equipment and weapons," noted Syniehubov.
